What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect only what we need to respond: your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, your child's age group (not their name or date of birth), the service you're interested in, preferred format and times, and any short message you choose to include.
What we don't collect
- The feelings check-in and “Not sure where to begin?” questions are never saved or sent anywhere.
- Printable resources require no personal details.
- We do not store children's information in your browser.
How it is stored
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a secure database. The public website can submit enquiries but cannot read them; only authorised practice staff can access them.
How long we keep it
To be confirmed by the practice — for example, enquiries that do not lead to an appointment may be deleted after a set period.
Confidentiality and its limits
What families share is treated as confidential. There may be situations — such as a serious risk to a child's or someone else's safety — where professionals have a duty to share information. These limits will be explained clearly at the start of any work together.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Contact details will be listed on our Contact page.
